Our finest roast beef

Most of our beef is produced on our own farm and the remainder is sourced locally from trusted suppliers we have worked with for many, many years.

Our prized stock is predominantly Angus or Headford Cross, both regarded as excellent breeds. Like our lamb, our cattle graze on the grass and fauna of the fields of west Kerry, absorbing all the natural flavours this unique environment has to offer.

We stock a full range of beef products including; roasts, steaks of all cuts including sirloin, T-Bone and fillet, stewing steak etc. Among our most popular products is our silverside and corned beef – either on or off the bone - renowned as the perfect accompaniment to boiled spuds and cabbage!

We hang our beef from between 14 and 21 days to allow natural enzymes to breakdown the hard connective tissue and for water to evaporate, concentrating the flavour. Believe us when we say you can taste the difference!

Of course, it goes without saying that all our beef is slaughtered locally to EU standards.
