A picture may be worth a thousand words but it can’t possibly do justice to the aroma of our lamb as it sizzles away in your oven. And a picture certainly can’t capture the unique taste that has our lamb in such enormous demand.

Our lamb has not only won several prestigious awards, it has also won its fair share of admirers over the years, both locally and from visitors the world over.

We stock a full range of lamb products, including boneless mini-roasts, legs, varieties of chops, racks, stewing lamb and shanks.

Noel Enright of the Chart House restaurant, regarded by An Bórd Bia as one of the top chefs in the country,  attributed his recognition to the success of his signature dish, Roast Rack of Kerry Mountain Lamb, with potato fondant and a redcurrant jus.

“The best produce is available in Kerry. We source our meat from our local butcher, Jerry Kennedy. We are spoiled in Kerry because the best ingredients are available locally. I would urge people to take advantage of the great local meat and produce available on our doorsteps,” he said.
